What you’ll do:
Creating/updating artist marketing plans & calendars
Brainstorming ideas for artist single & album launch campaigns as well for all types of promo/content (physical and/or virtual) i.e; merch, e-cards/email blasts, listening events, album release events, digital marketing.
Soliciting & pitching brand partnership ideas
Staying in the know of current events/breaking news in hip hop, popular culture & entertainment
Who you are:
A current undergraduate student or recent graduate
Have a passion for the music industry and learning the ins and outs behind the music industry
Resourceful and willing to take on various administrative task.
Knowing how to take initiative and be proactive.
Eager to learn more about the entertainment industry

Creative Prompt
Culture Fusion is preparing an album rollout. The artist is extremely popular amongst the college demographic (ages 18-24). Our client is asking the team to ideate, strategize, and implement an engaging album rollout that includes activations with artist participation and without artist participation. Our client has asked the team to prepare the following:
A full marketing proposal with execution plan.
A way to embed social impact into the experience.
A detailed timeline for each activation (action items: what needs to happen to successfully launch the activation)
A social media-friendly event.
1-2 social media posts (whether sample Instagram posts, Stories, Tweets, Fleets, TikToks, or whatever) to advertise the campaign.
